TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR TALENT/USER

  1. Talent should create genuine content by himself/herself.
  2. Talent must use/test the product.
  3. Talent should commit to the job requirements.
  4. Talent should commit to deadlines.
  5. Talent is NOT allowed to request extra wages or remunerations.
  6. Talent should understand that communication is important and will respond to the client ASAP.

 

DEADLINES

DO NOT miss Deadlines!!! (Important) Make sure you check your job brief carefully especially the Deadlines BEFORE you apply or confirm a job.
There are 2 Deadlines:

Draft Submission Deadline:
This is the date when you need to submit your draft for the client’s approval. 

Proceed with Job posting action AFTER your draft has been approved by the client.

Post Submission Deadline:
This is the last day when the post is due to be posted. Modello holds the right to withhold payment if the post is not posted before or on this day.

COMMUNICATIONS

CHECK YOUR MESSAGE CONSISTENTLY AND RESPONSE

Communication is part of the job – the client will contact you every once in a while for clarification of job details through Modello In-App Chat.

Make sure you have TURNED ON your mobile phone notification.

 

KNOW YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITY

DO read the job brief before accepting a job.

A Job brief is a list of things requested by the client. Acceptance of job, means you have read and agreed to everything listed on the job brief. FAILED to comply with the requirements listed on the job brief, the client will hold the power to withhold payment and/or impose any legal actions, it might also affect your rating.

Extremely important! Please make sure you read through the job brief thoroughly before accepting it. Think of the confirm button as your signature you put on a contract.

 

CHECK PRODUCT DELIVERIES

All Product Sponsor Campaign (& Some Paid Campaign) require clients to send out samples for job posting purposes. For such jobs, clients are responsible for sending out samples at least a few days before the draft submission deadline.

Please make sure that you check the delivery status consistently. If a sample has been posted to you, you are responsible to collect it and posting it BY THE DEADLINE. PS: If you have not received the sample 4 days before the draft submission date, please contact Modello immediately.

The client will also state if the product is needed to be retrieved.

 

FILL YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

DO make sure your profile & shipping address are filled up correctly.

Payment will be transferred according to your bank account info every 14th and 28th of the month – so make sure you have your banking details filled up correctly so that you don’t miss getting paid. Job completion status will only be shown after you have submitted your post insights.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR BUSINESS

  1. 50 credits per campaign. (Credit will disburse back to account if there is no applicant)
  2. NO wages allocation.
  3. Must have at least ONE (1) other benefits.
  4. Only ONE (1) Social Media Platform per campaign.
  5. Only ONE (1) Media per campaign.
  6. NOT available to request event attending.
  7. NOT available to request minimum social media followers/subscribers.
  8. Application Closing Date is NOT editable.
  9. Published job is open to recruiting for 14 days.
  10. Unlimited confirmed talent per campaign.
  11. Advertisers are NOT allowed to retrieve the products.
  12. Advertisers are not allowed to ask for remuneration from talent.
  13. Only ONE (1) revision is allowed.
  14. Product delivery fees to be borne by Advertiser.

 

 

All campaigns are run in compliance with third party platform terms, and Modello takes no responsibility for such compliance or third parties.

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
