The one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your number via a telecom service provider. We try our level best to ensure that the code is delivered to you promptly. However, due to the following  reasons, you might experience a delay or non-delivery of the one-time password (OTP):

  1. Incorrect Number: The mobile number provided by you may be incorrect. Please check the mobile number and request for a new OTP.
  2. Connectivity Issues: Your telecom service provider may be facing connectivity issue at your location and this might cause delays or non-delivery.
  3. Network Strength: Your location may have a poor network and this might cause delays or non-delivery.

If you did not receive the one-time password (OTP), you can tap the Resend Code option to receive a new one-time password (OTP).

Modello will give out referral code occasionally.
Complimentary credits or rebates will be added in to your e-wallet in such occasion.

Modello will conduct verified session for users to verify their account with our official verified blue tick beside user’s profile.

  1. User can choose any job that matches the criteria of client’s requirement. 
  2. Days can by chosen according to talent’s availability.
    (Unless client requested full commitment of days)
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Must apply before application closing date.
  1. Users profile will be filter by Model systems whether it’s a match.
  2. Users will be process until Application closing date.
  3. Applied Jobs notification will be added in to your Briefcase feature. 
  4. Users will received notification whether user was shortlisted by client.
  5. Users will need to confirm job by communicating our Modello Agent.
  6. Full commitment of communication is needed, in order to get better rating on
    individual’s responsiveness rating in the future. 
  7. Users can withdrawn job application before Job Applications Closing Date
  8. Users will received notification once the job application closes.
  1. Tracking your Confirmed Jobs.
    Confirmed jobs notification will be added in to you Briefcase feature.
  2. Once confirmed, withdrawal is strictly NOT ALLOWED. (Unless with acceptable reason)
  3. Users are required to have full commitment of communication is needed,
    once job it’s confirmed. (Individual’s rating will be review after the job)
  4. Location navigations will be provided inside the app. Click navigate.
  5. QR code will be provided for Clock in and Clock out on the actual event date.
    Time and Date will recorded in our systems for confirmations.
    (Fail to do so, kindly contact us as soon as possible to help out with it)
  1. Talents are required to present their own attire before the event for clients
  2. A full corporations of matching attire is extremely important to .
    ( Kindly read the requirements carefully before applying)
  1. Shortlisted notifications will be send to candidates that applied after closing date.
  2. Candidates that get rejected might be as follow, : 
    1.  Not enough informations in your profiles.
    2. Not enough working profile pictures.
    3. Bad rating from previous job
  3. Rejected candidates is rejected by our advertiser, Modello does not shortlist on their behalf.
  1. 7 days investigation period will be conduct if there’s any feedbacks/complaints from client.
  2. Both Client and Talent are require to provide full details of explanations for us to conduct the
    investigations.
  3. Failed to provide details, one or another will be automatically review as guilty party.
  4. Reviews of each individual will be added in to their own ratings.
  1. A 5 star rating systems will be given for each profiles for both Clients/talents.
  2. Both review will only be shown once both side completed with their reviews.
  3. 5 different category needs to be review with our Modello review systems.
  4. Reviews can be found in your REVIEW feature inside your app.

Responsiveness / Communications of individual
Responsiveness of individual will be monitor and review by our systems and clients/talents.

a. Professionalism of individual

Attitude such as punctuality, working attitude, and etc will be monitor and review by our systems and clients/talents.

a. Advertiser/ talents attitudes will be review pre/post campaign 

Accuracy of Individual
Accuracy of individuals profile will be monitor and review by our systems and clients/talents.

a. Authenticity of an individual profiles, important details needs to be legit.

Recommendations
Recommendations from clients/talents with your previous complete jobs.

a. Individual will be rate with Advertiser/ Talents recommendation, such as whether user would recommend this client/talent for other future campaign.

Overall performance
General performance will be reviewed and calculated by our systems.

Report a problem

Once you’ve completed all the campaign deliverables and have your post up for a minimum of 30 days after campaign closed, your earnings will be credited to your wallet and you can request to withdraw your earnings through Modello Application.

  1. Users needs to complete their account informations with legit details.
  2. Identity verifications will need to be complete upon completion.
  1. Post-job feedbacks period will be within 7 days.
  2. Modello payment cycle are set within a fort week payment systems.
    User will received direct credit to their personal banking account, according to their own banking informations.
  3. Only legit account information will be credited.
  4. You can check campaign payment at the end every brief.
  5. Credits will only be credited according to the campaign budget that is listed.
  6. If you have yet received your credits after timeline mention above, please send an email and we will be happy to help.

All social media profile needs to be public. Without this we would not be able to show your clients your profile. And we will need to track you with legit informations that you’ve key in.

Here in Modello, there’s no Hidden charges or boody-traps. Modello is a fully transparent platform that allowed Advertiser and Talents to Hired/ Applied their own jobs. When you dedicate your time to join our community and participate with each campaign, you’ll benefit from it directly from each particular brands.

  • Advertiser to sign up a Modello account will need to contact our Modello representative to obtain an official account.
  • Company details and personal details needs to be declare and verify by our systems.
  • Advertiser need to contact our Modello representative to reset password for your official account.
  • Company details and personal details needs to be declare and verify by our systems.
  • Attached a company profile picture 
  • Add/edit your company details and descriptions 
  • Modello will conduct verified session for users to verify their account with our official verified blue tick beside user’s profile.
  • Advertiser with valid account can create job by entering job details for all the key features.
  • Compulsory details needed during create job.
  • Enter correct amount of credit. (This can’t be change once job is created)
  • Preview to double confirm all the job details, before posting.
  • Jobs can only created for available future dates.
  • Account credit will be debited once job is create.
  • Job created post will be seen on the Job wall for talents to apply
  • Notification will be send once Job is created.
  • Wait for a period of time before application close for talents to apply.
  • Notification will be received once talents applied your job.
  • Review talent’s profile
  • Click confirm to the talent that you preferred.
  • Notification will received by talent for them to accept the confirmation.
  • Once talent accepted, the confirmation of job between agent and talent is completed and lock , this procedure can’t be change in the future, unless emergency cases occur.
  • Discussion board can be access once talent is confirm. It allow Agent and talents to communicate purely about job details.Conversation that is inappropriate can be report by either parties.
  • Once agent have fully recruited the talents, a shortlisted notification will be send to the rejected candidates.

5. Overall perfomance.

General performance will be reviewed and calculated by our systems.

6. Report a problem.

Advertisers can always drop us a report to report a problem.

  • Advertisers will need to purchase credit from our Modello e-wallet platform in order to create job and be feature on our job wall.
  • 15% of credit will be charged if a confirmed job is cancel with no valid reason. 
  • A 20% charge will be charged by our systems once credit is being purchase.
  • Modello accept Credit/debit card or any FPX online banking
  • Withdrawal of credit will need to fill up a form by contacting Modello representative.
  • Reasons of withdrawal needs to be stated, and will be review by Modello.
