1.1 The Merchant is able to cancel the purchased services and/or get a refund of the purchased services from Modello. This cancellation and/or refund policy is subject to the Modello Search Sdn. Bhd. terms and conditions, policies, regulations and rules (collectively referred to as “Modello Terms and Conditions”).
2. APPLICATION FOR THE CANCELLATION AND/OR REFUND OF MODELLO SERVICES
2.1 The Merchant’s request for cancellation and/or refund must be made in writing and the same notice shall be emailed to email@example.com. Thereafter, Modello will review each Merchant’s application to cancel and/or refund and proceed to determine the succession of The Merchant’s application. Modello shall not unreasonably withhold The Merchant’s request for a cancellation and/or a refund.
2.2 In the event where The Merchant has commenced legal action against Modello or/and the Talent, the User may provide the court order instructing Modello to continue to hold the purchase monies until a formal determination is available.
3. LIMITATION PERIOD
3.1 In the case of requesting for a cancellation and/or a refund, there shall be no limitation period, the User shall provide a written notice to Modello at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying its intention to seek a cancellation and/or refund of the said service. Upon receiving such notice, Modello shall act on it and process the refund within seven (7) days where a fee of five percent (5%) of the total refund value shall be charged as a nominal fee.
4. RIGHTS OF THE MERCHANT
When Modello receives written notice from The Merchant expressing its intention to cancel and/or refund the services provided by Modello. Modello shall process the necessary requested refund to The Merchant within seven (7) days without further notice to The Merchant.
5. CONDITION OF CANCELLING AND/OR THE SERVICE
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when cancelling and/or refund the service, The Merchant should ensure that Modello shall be notified in writing via email at email@example.com, Modello shall without delay cancel the Modello services and provide a full refund subject to a nominal fee of five percent (5%) of the total refund value.
6. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MODELLO AND THE MERCHANT
Modello encourages The Merchant to communicate with Modello in the event where a problem arises in a transaction, as Modello is a platform for users to conduct marketing, advertising, scouting and/or engagement, the company should contact The Merchant directly for any issue relating to the services provided.
