REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

THE COMPANY IS GIVEN THE OPTION TO CANCEL THE PURCHASED SERVICES AND/OR GET A REFUND OF THE PURCHASED SERVICES BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE  LIMITATION PERIOD SET HEREIN. THIS CANCELLATION AND/OR REFUND POLICY IS SUBJECT TO THE MODELLO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, POLICIES, REGULATIONS AND RULES (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “THE MODELLO TERMS AND CONDITIONS”)

  1. APPLICATION FOR THE CANCELLATION OF A SERVICE

THE COMPANY MAY ONLY APPLY FOR THE REFUND AND/OR CANCELLATION OF A SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. THE TALENTS FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE ON THE DESIGNATED DATE;
  2. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE TALENT IS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE TALENT IN THE LISTING; 
  3. THE TALENT HAD ENGAGED A THIRD PARTY TO CARRY OUT SERVICES ON DESIGNATED DATE WITHOUT THE COMPANY’S PRIOR CONSENT;

THE COMPANY’S REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MODELLO APP.

MODELLO WILL REVIEW EACH THE COMPANY’S APPLICATION ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, DETERMINE WHETHER THE COMPANY’S APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL.

IN THE EVENT WHERE THE COMPANY HAS COMMENCED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE TALENT, THE COMPANY MAY PROVIDE THE FORMAL NOTIFICATION FROM THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY TO  REQUEST MODELLO TO CONTINUE TO HOLD THE PURCHASE MONIES UNTIL A FORMAL DETERMINATION IS AVAILABLE. MODELLO WILL, AT ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS NECESSARY TO CONTINUE TO HOLD SUCH PURCHASE MONIES.

  1. LIMITATION PERIOD

The Limitation Period of 5 working days shall be imposed on the Company upon the receipt of such services sold by the Talent. The Company shall provide a written notice to Modello at support@modelolo.com of its intention to Cancel and/or get a Refund of the said service.

  1. RIGHTS OF TALENT

WHEN MODELLO RECEIVES AN APPLICATION FROM THE COMPANY FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE AND/OR REFUND, MODELLO WILL NOTIFY THE TALENT IN WRITING. THE COMPANY MAY RESPOND TO THE TALENT’S APPLICATION ACCORDING TO THE STEPS PROVIDED BY MODELLO IN THE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION. THE TALENT MUST RESPOND WITHIN THE TIME-FRAME STIPULATED IN THE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION (THE “STIPULATED PERIOD”). SHOULD MODELLO NOT HEAR FROM THE TALENT WITHIN THE STIPULATED PERIOD, MODELLO WILL ASSUME THAT THE TALENT HAS NO RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY’S APPLICATION AND WILL PROCEED TO ASSESS THE COMPANY’S APPLICATION WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO THE TALENT.

MODELLO WILL REVIEW EACH TALENT’S RESPONSE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, DETERMINE WHETHER THE COMPANY’S APPLICATION MAY BE SUCCESSFUL AGAINST THE CIRCUMSTANCES STATED BY THE TALENT.

  1. CONDITION OF CANCELLING THE SERVICE

TO ENJOY A HASSLE-FREE EXPERIENCE WHEN CANCELLING THE SERVICE, BUYER SHOULD ENSURE THAT MODELLO SHALL BE NOTIFIED A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DESIGNATED DATE OF SERVICE, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY FEE OF FIFTY PERCENT (50%) OF THE SERVICE VALUE.

  1. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE TALENT

MODELLO ENCOURAGES USERS TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER IN THE EVENT WHERE PROBLEM ARISES IN A TRANSACTION. AS MODELLO IS A PLATFORM FOR USERS TO CONDUCT TRADING, THE COMPANY SHOULD CONTACT TALENT DIRECTLY FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
